Application Engineer - Vacuum Systems - Remote

Remote | £50,000-£60,000

Customer visits to find, develop and present vacuum solutions, either jointly or individually, at site or via Teams.

Liaising with Systems and Service teams to brief them on the required solutions to a sufficient level of detail that enables cost estimates and technical specifications to be prepared.

Work with the Sales team to develop compelling proposals that demonstrate value and return on investment for customers.

Coach and develop team members to increase their understanding of customer processes, vacuum applications and tools such as VPS.

Research market trends, competitor offerings and process developments in assigned segments, becoming the expert who is able to summarise market potential, therefore ensuring we are well positioned to have relevant conversations with customers.

Essential Skills:

• Good knowledge of processes and applications.
• Good experience in a similar type of role.
• Good knowledge of competitor vacuum pump companies.
