Are you an experienced Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity within a growing manufacturing environment?
Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Maintenance Engineer to their team.

The Role
As an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving a range of industrial recycling and processing equipment across the site.
The role will involve a combination of planned preventative maintenance, reactive breakdown response, fault-finding and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance across the site.
- Respond to electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults on production machinery.
- Carry out electrical fault-finding and repairs.
- Support mechanical maintenance activities when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve machinery reliability and reduce downtime.
- Assist with machinery upgrades, modifications and improvements.
- Work safely and ensure all maintenance activities comply with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure maximum equipment availability.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Electrical Bias Multi-Skilled Engineer who is confident working in a busy industrial environment.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- A recognised electrical engineering qualification such as NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent.
- Previous experience within manufacturing, recycling, plastics or a similar industrial environment.
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
- Experience with planned and reactive maintenance.
- Good mechanical maintenance knowledge.
- A proactive approach to diagnosing and preventing recurring faults.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a growing engineering team.
- A strong focus on Health & Safety.
