A well-established and globally recognised manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join its high-performing engineering team.

The Role:
As an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving a wide range of automated production equipment to maximise plant reliability and minimise downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
Diagnose and fault-find on electrical and mechanical systems.
Support continuous improvement projects across the site.
Work on automated manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
Fault-find on PLC-controlled equipment.
Assist with equipment installations and upgrades.
Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with company procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum NVQ Level 3 Electrical (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline.
Electrically biased with approximately 60–70% electrical and 30–40% mechanical experience.
Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
Experience fault-finding on PLC-controlled equipment.
Exposure to robotics.
Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or automated industrial environment.
Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
