Maintenance Engineer – Manufacturing – Warrington

Warrington / Manchester / Liverpool | Up to £50,000 + van | Monday–Friday, two-site coverage, additional hours when required

We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineer to join a market-leading processing company. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will help keep production facilities running and be involved in planned and reactive maintenance.

The role covers two sites in Manchester and Liverpool, with a van provided. Progressive training and development is available within an established engineering team.

Role description

Provide reactive and planned preventative maintenance. Respond to machine breakdowns. Work on hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, drives, relays, inverters, conveyors, bearings, belts and chains. Follow health and safety requirements at each site.

Skills and qualifications

Maintenance experience is required. Mechanical qualifications and mechanical engineering experience are desirable. The position would suit a practical engineer who enjoys fault finding and varied equipment across two processing sites.

Package

Up to £50,000, Monday–Friday working, company van, additional hours when required, and progressive training and development.
