We are working with one of the UK's leading pharmaceutical distribution businesses, operating a highly automated distribution centre that plays a vital role in the healthcare supply chain.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants to work alongside experienced maintenance professionals in a structured environment where training, mentoring and continuous development are genuinely part of the culture.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance across automated warehouse and materials handling systems.
• Respond to electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
• Fault find across conveyors, automated storage systems and warehouse automation equipment.
• Maintain and repair site automation and materials handling equipment.
• Complete maintenance activities using CMMS.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with planned shutdowns and upgrades.

Skills & Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent engineering qualification.
• Apprentice-trained.
• Manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, warehousing or automated environment experience.
• Electrical or mechanical fault-finding skills.
• CMMS experience desirable.
