Salary: £60000-70000
Blackburn | Monday–Friday Days | Up to £55,000
Lead maintenance activity across a manufacturing operation, taking responsibility for engineering performance, reliability and the maintenance team.
You'll work across equipment including PLC systems, conveyors, motors, waterjet equipment, hydraulics and pneumatics.
Role Description:
- Lead the maintenance function.
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance.
- Improve machinery reliability.
- Support and develop engineers.
- Diagnose complex equipment issues.
- Drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with production.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous engineering leadership experience.
- Relevant engineering qualifications.
- Manufacturing maintenance experience.
- PLC knowledge.
- Electrical and mechanical fault-finding ability.
- Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge.
