Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer - Manufacturing - Cambridge

Cambridge | £46,000 | Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm

We are looking for a motivated Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join a market-leading company within its sector.

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will be a key member of the engineering team, ensuring the production facility is maintained and operating efficiently.

You will be involved in all aspects of planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across the site. With progressive training and development, the business continually invests in enhancing employee skills while providing the support of an experienced engineering team.

This position is ideal for a technically motivated engineer looking for their next challenge within a secure and stable manufacturing business.

Role Description:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.

Maintain and repair a wide variety of production machinery.

Support facilities maintenance across the site.

Diagnose and fault-find on both electrical and mechanical systems.

Work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

Engineering qualification is essential.

Strong electrical and/or mechanical fault-finding skills.

Previous experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment is advantageous.
