Outside Areas Manager – Food Manufacturing – Leicester

Join a global food manufacturer at its largest UK manufacturing facility, taking responsibility for approximately 40 people across critical outside-area operations including the Effluent Treatment Plant, starch processing and anaerobic digestion plant.

As the Outside Areas Front Line Manager, you will provide day-to-day leadership, coach and develop the team, manage performance and champion safety, GMP, housekeeping, quality and food-safety standards.

You will use KPIs to drive continuous improvement and work closely with operational leaders and other site stakeholders.

You should have frontline leadership experience within outside-area operations, ideally involving effluent or wastewater treatment, anaerobic digestion, waste management, utilities, starch processing or a related environment.

The package includes a salary up to £50,000, annual bonus and additional company benefits.
