Pump Stores Engineer - Engineering - Gainsborough

We are currently recruiting for a Pump Stores Engineer to join a well-established engineering operation based in Gainsborough.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong background in engineering stores, inventory management and pumps, looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role.

The Role:

• Manage engineering stores and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Organise, control and maintain stock of engineering parts and equipment.
• Support the maintenance team by ensuring the correct parts are available when required.
• Maintain accurate records using a CMMS system.
• Carry out general stores duties while maintaining strong 5S standards.
• Work with pneumatic pumps and associated engineering equipment.
• Ensure the stores area remains organised, efficient and compliant.

About You:

• Previous experience working within engineering stores.
• Experience working with pneumatic pumps is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of stores and inventory management.
• Good computer skills and previous experience using a CMMS system – Parana preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with a good understanding of 5S.
• Positive, proactive and can-do attitude.
• Able to work effectively as part of an engineering team.
