Site Services Engineer – Food Manufacturing – Leicester (Contract)

Leicester, Leicestershire | £27.50–£30.00/hr direct PAYE or £35.00–£40.00/hr via accredited payroll partner | 3-month contract, temp-to-perm opportunity | Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts

Support a large food-manufacturing facility with the safe and efficient operation of site services, particularly the boiler house and steam-generation systems.

You will operate and monitor boiler plant, carry out routine checks, identify developing problems, respond to equipment issues, support fault-finding and maintain safety, operational and compliance documentation.

BOAS qualification is essential alongside proven boiler-plant operating experience and BG1/BG2 boiler-house experience.

A strong understanding of boiler safety, legislation, energy efficiency and environmental practices is required. Food-manufacturing experience is desirable rather than essential.

The assignment is inside IR35 with flexible start and finish times including 07:00–15:00 or 08:00–16:00.
