Warehouse Manager – Manufacturing Logistics – Stoke-on-Trent

As Warehouse Manager, you'll be joining a business that's experiencing significant growth, and with more people, more work and a busier operation comes the need for additional management.

That's why this position has been created. The business is expanding its teams and investing in more managers to make sure people have the support they need as it continues to grow.

You'll have a team of around eight within a much larger manufacturing operation, so whilst your team isn't huge, there's plenty happening around you. Stock coming in, materials moving around the site and different departments relying on things being in the right place at the right time.

As Warehouse Manager, you'll be the person bringing it all together. You'll have experienced people around you who know the operation, understand the processes and take pride in what they do.

Your Operations Director started as an apprentice and worked his way through the business. He understands life on the shop floor and appreciates managers who listen to their teams. You'll have his support but also be trusted to make decisions and look after your people.

You may already be a Warehouse Manager, Depot Manager or Warehouse Operations Manager. What matters is that you're organised, understand stock and material movements and enjoy being part of a busy operation.

You'll receive £50,000–£60,000, day shifts, 30 days' holiday including bank holidays (increasing with service), company pension, Employee Assistance Programme, free parking and life insurance after two years.
